Where to Find Us

Directions to Our Property

One of the joys of visiting the Catskills is that everything seems to be "just off the beaten path" and The Starling at Pond Eddy is no different. While our mailing address is 1954 NY State Rt. 97 for the Riverhouse, and 1952 for the Cottage, we are actually located just off Rt. 97 on an old canal towpath called Berm Church Extension (not to be confused with Berm & Church Road). The Riverhouse is visible from Rt. 97, but this can be confusing if you are trying to find us at night. Please look for the signage that will direct you to turn onto Berm Church Ext.
